Willow Creek Distillery anchored roots in 2013. As an extension of the Opolo family, this passion project pivots from traditional winemaking and headlong into an evolving obsession with high quality spirits. Since 2016 our Head Distiller and Central Coast native, Kevin Coulton, has injected a creative influence blending the liveliness of unique spirits and the craft of exceptional quality into each batch.

– distillery club policies –
- Certify that you are at least 21 years of age and acknowledge that someone at least 21 years of age must be present to pick up bi-annual club collection
- You are obligated to receive two (2) collections from the Willow Creek Distillery Club before deciding to opt out or put the membership on hold
- Pick-ups will automatically be held for a maximum of 6 months. If you need special accommodations, you will need to request so by calling Opolo Vineyards
- Authorize Opolo Wines to charge my credit card listed for biannual club pick-ups
