Opolo Estate Visit

Opolo Estate Tour and Tasting
$100 per person | $80 fee for members
Experience the world of Opolo from ground to glass with this exclusive private tour of our Willow Creek District estate. You will taste wines in the vineyard, learn about our 25 years of winemaking in Paso Robles, and indulge in a sit-down tasting featuring some of our rarest Opolo Reserve selections paired with cheese and charcuterie. Along the way, you will enjoy stunning views of the coastal mountains and learn about what makes the Willow Creek District one of the world’s most highly regarded winegrowing areas.

Willow Creek Distillery Tasting

Discover the exceptional hand-crafted spirits of Willow Creek Distillery. Choose 4 spirits from our diverse list of offerings, and enjoy an immersive experience in the heart of the distillery production room. Tasting fees can be waived with a $50 spirits purchase per tasting.

Large Group Experiences
For groups of 9 to 14, enjoy our large group tasting, where the joy of wine tasting meets the warmth of gathering with friends and family!
For those planning to visit with a large group, please review the following information before reaching out to concierge@opolo.com
• Children and guests who won’t be tasting must be included in your group count.
• There is no tasting fee for large groups, however large groups must make a minimum purchase of two cases of wine. (Excludes Sparkling and Flirtations)
• 20% gratuity will be included in your bill.
• Bill must be paid on one credit card as split checks are not available at this time.

Hours & Reservations
We are open from 10am-5pm, 7 days a week. Our last tasting starts at 4:00pm with a duration not to exceed 1 hour. During the winter months, our kitchen hours may vary. Please call to confirm.
Walk-ins are accepted on a first come first served basis and tasting experiences are dependent based on availability.
If you are running late, please give us a call. Reservations will not be held more than 15 minutes after the scheduled arrival time.
A full tasting experience takes 1 hour and 15 min. If your stay exceeds this time frame we may ask you to relocate to our Terrace seating so that we can prepare for our next Wine Tasting reservation.
Tasting Fees
Wine Tasting Fees:
Our standard tasting flights are $30/pp and reserve tasting flights are $50/pp. Tasting fees may be waived with a 2 bottle purchase.
Distillery Tasting Fees:
Our distillery tasting flights are $20/pp and may be waived with a spirits purchase of $50 or more.
Wine Club:
We want to provide the best experience we can to all of our members who come to visit us at the Opolo Estate. Whenever possible, reservations are preferred so that we can prepare for your visit. Please make sure you are logged in to your club member account when making a reservation to redeem up to 4 complimentary tastings per membership per visit. If you need assistance, please call us at 805-238-9593.
Distillery Club:
Spirits club members receive 2 complimentary tastings per visit.
Large Groups
By making a reservation for a group of 9 to 14 people, you agree to the following fees and policies:
• Bookings for our indoor and patio table-side wine tasting experiences are limited to eight guests per reservation, and one reservation per group.
• Multiple parties with separate reservations will not be sat together.
• Groups of 9 to 14 people are considered a large group.
• Children and non-tasters are included in the group count and minimum purchase amounts.
• Large groups must make a minimum wine purchase of two cases total.
• The minimum purchase does not include sparkling or flirtations
• 20% Service/Gratuity fee is added to bill.
• Must be paid for with one credit card. Split checks are not available.
• Your industry discount is applied to the 2 case minimum for Industry customers only.
• Your industry discount will not be applied for the rest of the guests in your group if they pay separately.
Other Policies
We want to offer the best experience we can to everyone who visits Opolo. We welcome well-behaved furry friends on the patio, but will ask you to remove your dog if it becomes a nuisance to our other guests due to barking, aggressive behavior, or wandering around off leash.
Experiences are designed for patrons 21+. To ensure a calm and relaxed atmosphere for everyone who visits Opolo, children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Groups traveling with children will be seated on our outdoor patio.
