Digital Marketing Manager
Opolo Wines LP is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead digital strategy and elevate brand presence across Opolo and Willow Creek Distillery. Working in close collaboration with the Director of Marketing, this role oversees digital campaigns, performance, and optimization with a focus on engagement, conversion, and DTC growth. The ideal candidate is creative yet data-driven, with experience managing campaigns, analyzing results, and driving measurable growth. As a family-owned winery, we’re looking for someone who thrives in collaboration, brings strong leadership, and is passionate about wine, hospitality, and storytelling.
Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: $25- $30 per hour, depending on experience
Essential duties & responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy across paid, organic, and owned channels (social, search, email, display).
- Manage and optimize digital ad campaigns (Meta, Google) to maximize ROI.
- Oversee content creation, including social media, video, email, and website.
- Lead email marketing and CRM automation to support DTC sales and wine club growth.
- Manage website content, SEO/SEM, and eCommerce performance to improve user experience and conversions.
- Track, analyze, and report on KPIs using Google Analytics, ad dashboards, and CRM tools.
- Partner with creative and marketing teams to direct photoshoots, video, and branded content.
- Collaborate cross-departmentally (Sales, Tasting Room, Wine Club, Events) to ensure digital campaigns align with overall business goals.
- Other duties as assigned in support of Sales, Wine Club, Tasting Room, and Events teams
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 4–7 years of professional experience in digital marketing
- 2+ years experience leading digital campaigns and/or teams.
- Wine industry experience strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and email/CRM platforms (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, etc.).
- Excellent copywriting, communication, and storytelling skills.
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
