Celebrating 25 Years of Winemaking in Paso

Inspired by the region’s immense wine growing potential, friends Rick Quinn and David Nichols established their family winery here in 1999. Opolo has since become renowned for its legendary Mountain Zinfandel, as well as its Cabernet Sauvignons, small-batch reserves, and other releases from the coveted terroirs of Paso Robles. The hallmarks of our wines are rich flavors with fine structure.
